The food was a problem during our full-board stay. The snacks were very hot and spicy, and many people couldn’t enjoy them. Dinner was very hot and spicy as well. The rooms need an upgrade, including the old-fashioned bathrooms, almonimum doors on the balcony and bathroom, and old ACs. The conference hall also needs updating. There’s a lack ko parking space. With so many new and advance hotels in the market, it’s high time to improve the qualify of the rooms and update the place if it wants to compete.

A lovely hotel, and the wait staff were excellent, efficient, and clearly trained very well. The frustrating part was the kitchen: even simple food orders took more than 40 minutes. Thanks.

The room size was okay, the price fair, and the hotel has a wonderful view of the hills. It’s quite outside of Kathmandu, though. I have mixed feelings: the place is old, so it seems dirty even though it’s cleaned regularly. The food wasn’t good.

The staff were incredibly kind, the loveliest people. With gorgeous views of the valley and mountains, this is a great base for visiting the monasteries and Hindu temples. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!
