The person who took my reservation call was polite, but the woman at reception was very rude. Their checkout time was 12, and we had already told them we would leave then. Right at 12, she came to our room and knocked very loudly. When I opened the door, she rudely told me, “It’s time to leave, hurry up. I have to go eat, I’m late for my meal. Just get out quickly.”

Among the places to stay in Patan, this one is a good choice for the price. Everyone is friendly, and you can discuss the rate for a longer stay.
