The staff made the stay feel special. They were kind, attentive, and always ready to help us feel comfortable. The hotel is very clean, the food was excellent, and breakfast had plenty of variety. Its location felt peaceful and authentic, and was much better than staying in Thamel. I couldn't have picked a better hotel.

The location is easily the best thing about this hotel. Service was okay, and the rooms could use more cleaning and maintenance. Breakfast was very basic, with especially few choices for vegetarians. An average stay if location is your main concern.

I was here for two weeks, and nearly everything was close to perfect. The rooftop bar looks out over the square, and the food, including the free breakfast, was great and came quickly. The staff were sweet and helpful. Some people have called the courtyard dogs aggressive, but that wasn't my experience. They don't belong to the hotel and were polite and well behaved. Please don't approach them. Only the black and white one can be petted.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. It's near Patan Durbar square, and the hotel is built in the traditional style of Newari Cast. I'd love to visit again.

Right in the heart of Patan Durbar Square, this boutique hotel has a lot of traditional charm. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed. The restaurant served delicious food, and the bar had a cozy feel. Staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel at home. I only wished the Wi-Fi were stronger. Pahan Chhen Hotel won me over, and I'd gladly return for its hospitality and charm.
