Hotel Ratnasambhava

I’ve stayed here many times and would choose it again next time we come. The place has a good atmosphere, humble staff and tasty food. A new swimming pool has started operating, and our three days and two nights were a great experience. I think this place is better than the others. Thanks for everything.

Sumithra at the front reception deserves a special thank you. From the moment we arrived, she made sure we were looked after, arranging transport and helping with our vegetarian dietary needs. She also answered our questions about tourist spots around Nepal, including Pokhra attractions, so we could plan that part of our trip. The whole team was caring and ready to help at any time. Jarved was our driver, Umesh coordinated with the kitchen over our food requirements, Ramesh cooked delicious meals, Pratima served us with a smile, and Aakruthi helped at reception while Sumithra was on break. My husband and I stayed at Ratnasambhava in December 2023 to visit Lumbini’s holy sites, and we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean, as were the bathroom and linen. The hotel’s atmosphere was lovely. Thank you for making our stay memorable and comfortable. Lumbini is a lovely place, and the staff at Ratnasambhava made it even more special for us.

It’s far from the border, but both attendants were very sweet. They handled every situation calmly and kept lovely smiles on their faces.

Breakfast had limited choices, but what we got was good quality. The room needs maintenance, and there were no mirrors by any of the beds. We switched rooms to get one with a mirror. It was okay for one night.
