Clean, lovely hostel with really nice staff.

It feels more like a homestay, with clean toilets and towels in every room. The food is nice, but things shut down by 9.30 pm, so get there early. For the price, it’s a nice little hotel, though it doesn’t provide an electric kettle, tea or coffee sets, or a room heater. If you’re visiting, a mountain-view room is a must. Room rates can be bargained quite a bit, since there are no fixed rates in the good season.

Everything else was decent, but the hotel shuts at 10 pm, which was a bit inconvenient for us, and there were no toothbrushes in the washroom. I ordered plain black coffee and it came with sugar already added. Who does that?

The balcony had a good view and the room was clean, though there was no hot shower. The food was okay but could be better. I’d definitely come back more often.

Spotlessly clean rooms, a great view, and a fantastic holiday stay at a reasonable price. The food was really good, and I recommend trying the chicken food set. I was completely satisfied.
