Siddhartha Hotel, Nepalgunj

I had a pleasant one-night stay in a centrally located hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent dining, and plenty of breakfast choices. The front office and F&B teams were professional, and I appreciated their work. A few details could improve the guest experience. Near the guest lifts, raw materials and supplies were left arranged in plain view of guests and the bell desk, which affected the look of the public area. The internet was slow and kept disconnecting. I reported it around 11 PM, and Engineering and IT responded quickly and partly fixed it, but the problem came back the next morning. I work in hospitality myself, and noticed the woman on duty by the swimming pool chewing gum while walking around in front of guests. That came across as somewhat unprofessional. I still had a good stay and appreciate the team’s efforts, but these details could use attention.

We loved the food, especially the momos, vegetarian Pizza, and Panner rolls. The staff were very helpful, and our room was clean and spacious. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Siddharatha Nepalgu and enjoyed every bit of it.

The chef was really good about listening to what customers wanted and preparing the requested dish for everyone, not just the person who asked. The food was okay, though I wasn’t happy with the dining service staff. All the staff were humble, and the rooms were nice and kept clean. Worth staying for the value, and highly recommended. #hotel #stay #Nepalganj

The price was amazingly low, and the whole stay was pleasant. The service, hospitality, rooms, and breakfast were all amazing. I loved being here for a night and enjoyed every bit of it. If I found hotels like this in India, I’d make one my home, just kidding. I’d stay again if I come to Nepal ganj.
