The owner was so kind and really cared about our comfort, which made the whole stay feel special. Everything else was great too, from the warm, helpful staff and spotless rooms to the breakfast and location. The main tourist area is just a 3 to 5 minute walk away, with everything you need nearby. The hotel feels welcoming and thoughtful, much like its owner. It was a pleasure staying here, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Hotel Guru was a lovely place to stay in Pokhara. It's in a peaceful part of Lakeside, a short walk from Phewa Lake, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well looked after, with hot showers and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff welcomed us warmly, helped arrange transportation, and shared useful local recommendations. We enjoyed the tasty food and the service was excellent. A great spot to relax before or after trekking in the Annapurna region.

The family who runs Guru's hotel were incredibly kind. One of us got sick, and they let us stay longer, which helped us a lot. The rooms were lovely and clean, and we liked that the location was close to everything but away from the noise. Thanks so much!

I’ve been to Pokhara many times as an avid traveler, and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in there. The family-owned place has comfortable, clean, well-appointed rooms, a modern bathroom with an enclosed curtain and glass shower, and plenty of hot water. The fridge and balcony are nice extras. Breakfast is generous and tasty, served inside or in the garden. Guru, the owner, really wants you to enjoy your stay. He arranged my transport to Ghandunk, and then to Besisahar when I returned. Highly recommend it as a great place to stay in Pokhara.
