I hadn't made solid plans for my first vacation in Nepal, so I was glad Arjun, the hotel manager, kindly made arrangements for me. He and his team gave me personal, excellent service. I loved how they looked after me and would book with them again when I return.

I was there nearly a week. The room was comfortable, breakfast tasted good, and the staff were really friendly. The room could have been cleaner and the internet was not great. 4.5/5. If I get to Nepal again, I'd choose this place.

As a regular guest, I'd always chosen this hotel, but the disrespectful, unprofessional behavior from the night male staff recently has left me deeply disappointed. Their treatment ruined my stay and made me feel customer satisfaction isn't a priority. I've decided permanently not to return, and I'll tell my whole circle of friends so they can avoid the same treatment. The hotel has lost a loyal customer. I hope management acts quickly before more guests leave because of staff incompetence. I expect a formal response.
