The rooftop has a nice view of the city, and the location is great. The room was nice, tidy, and fresh, with clean hot water. Staff were polite, attentive, and always smiling. The lobby reception area felt beautiful and friendly, and the customer service was excellent. 💖💖

We booked a group stay for a wedding, and Chandra ji was cooperative throughout the booking. Even though we arrived late and had a schedule to keep, staff were on standby and ready to help. Service was good and the staff very cooperative overall, though some lacked professionalism. Breakfast quality could also be better.

The location is okay, about 600 m from Fewa tal, and the rooms are good. But the food wasn't good and the prices were high, one cup of chai cost 125 Rupiya nepali. There were lots of restrictions, including not being allowed to eat outside. I wouldn't recommend it to people coming for relaxation.

We had a peaceful stay, with Phewa Lake and the busy Lakeside area close by. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and wonderful hospitality from the moment we arrived. Our spacious rooms were spotless, and the restaurant food was delicious, with a great mix of local and international flavors. Every detail made the stay unforgettable. Five stars!

Very bad experience. We had booked rooms, but when we arrived they still hadn't given us one by 2 pm. At 2:30 pm they said there was no room and sent us to another hotel's room, which was worse. The service was terrible.
