Oyo 611 Hotel Everest Regency

The staff were very helpful and helped us plan our weekend. We had a great experience.

The bathroom was much too small, and the photos didn’t match what we found. We’d booked two deluxe balcony rooms with A/C online for 3Days, but were given non-A/C rooms without balconies. They promised to switch us the next day, then refused. After that, they even refused to let us check out. We eventually managed to leave after some struggle, paying the same price as the A/C rooms for one day in the non-A/C rooms.

The service was pathetic, with untrained staff. They brought all eight dishes at once instead of serving the snacks one at a time, as if their job ended when the food hit the table. The mutton was half cooked. Aalu sandheko and the veg dishes were okay, and the food was just okay overall. Avwrage hotel.

Compared with the other nearby hotels I stayed at, this was a great experience. There was no disturbance from traffic or neighboring rooms, and all the staff helped with concierge services.
