The room smelled bad, and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. The charging plug didn't work either. The mattress and curtains looked old and dirty, and for this price the rooms aren't worth it. I don't understand how it got such good ratings.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm, friendly manner. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy, and the service made for a memorable stay.

The rooms look nice at first, but the one the front desk said had been cleaned still had cigarette butts on the floor. The sheets and blanket were dirty, and the floor was dusty too. Low quality rooms.

We arrived on the day of our booking, which I'd confirmed a week earlier, only to be told there were no rooms left. They hadn't called ahead, and we were left stranded. I'd give zero stars if I could.

The outside of the hotel looks good, but the room upkeep is awful. The sheets, pillows, and towels were extremely dirty, and there were lots of tiny insects all over the bed. I couldn't sleep all night because of the itching. Worst hotel ever.
