The staff were uncivilized and had no manners. Hospitality was zero. I wouldn't set foot here or spend my money here.

The location near the airport is the only good thing I can say about it. I've stayed twice, but on this visit the room was dirty and full of mosquitoes, the balcony had bird droppings everywhere, and the bathroom wasn't clean. I asked for the pillows to be changed because they were dirty and had no pillowcases, but they replaced only one. Everything else was very poor quality. It was a horrible experience.

On arrival, everything was spotless. The bathroom had good toiletries and fluffy towels, and the rainfall shower gave it a bit of a luxurious feel.

The room was smaller than it appeared, and the deluxe room itself is small. Hot water took a while to heat, then wasn't working at all in the morning. The AC didn't have much power, and the towel they gave us felt more like a table rag. They need more than solar panels for heating.

The food was okay, especially the Nepali thali for lunch or dinner, but there wasn't much choice beyond that. The rooms were alright, though some things didn't work. Our washroom had no light, and there was no shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper, or even a tissue in the room.
