My bedroom and the main area both had a beautiful view over the lake. The guesthouse sits among greenery and flowers, about five minutes uphill from the Pokhara mainstreet alongside the lake. Restaurants and cafés are close by. The owner was great, helpful, and spoke good English. Breakfast was tasty, and while the rooms are simple, they’re clean and have hot showers. I’d definitely recommend it.

I stayed here twice, coming back after a trip to the south of Nepal. Raj was friendly, relaxed, and attentive whenever I had a question or needed something. It’s a great budget guesthouse, with fantastic rooftop views and nice places to chill. I really enjoyed my time here :)

It felt like home during my three weeks at sweet dreams guesthouse. The view and location are amazing, and the rooms are clean and regularly cleaned. Raj and his family are lovely and so helpful. The food is good too, especially the dal bhat. Such an affordable place. Thanks so much, I’ll definitely be back 🙏🏻😊
