Good food and a nice spot for a day or while passing through.

The room restroom was very cozy, and room service was good. The pool is narrow, and while the location is decent, it isn’t anything special. I spent five days at Soltee Westend Premiere in Nepalgunj. The hospitality was okay, but it didn’t feel like a true five-star experience. The restaurant menu lacked the range and quality I’d expect at that level, with most dishes being South Indian or Indian inspired. If you need to stay in Nepalgunj, think carefully before booking. I personally wouldn’t make this my first choice.
