Durbar Suite

We had a great stay and I’d come back. The room was kept clean, with air conditioning, steady hot water, a comfortable bed, TV, and a balcony. Reception were very helpful, and the manager and rest of the team made us feel welcome. Breakfast was nice too, and the rooftop gives you a great mountain view.

The hotel is in a very good spot on street no. 9, with facilities nearby. Our room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite and quick to help guests. Highly recommend.

We stayed for two days and felt at home here. The location and service were really good, and the rooms were clean with nice air conditioning and a TV. Reception and room service staff were polite and helpful. The building doesn’t have a lift, though, so getting up and down was tiring when you’re staying on the top floor. Apart from that, it’s a nice hotel.

We stayed for four days. The location is great, right by the lake but away from the crowds, and the accommodation itself is modern and comfortable. The staff were very kind and tried hard to meet our requests. They could use more professional training, though. Their good intentions were clear, but there were gaps in the cleaning, communication, and the processes they need to do the job well. The owner should invest in that.
