Shekhar, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. He arranged an early taxi to our hike’s starting point and a bus back to Kathmandu, and used his connections to have us picked up near the hotel, saving us another taxi ride to the bus station. It’s a family business, and everyone was friendly. Breakfast was better than we expected for a hotel that was much more affordable than most nearby. Our shower had hot water, which isn’t always the case in Nepal. The hotel is by the lake, about a 10 minute walk away, with lots of restaurants and cafes around. Highly recommend!

There’s a nice family atmosphere, and the host offers extras like tours without pressuring you. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast has nice options, and the place is in a great, quiet spot close to the lake. Fantastic venue, highly recommend.

This hotel is centrally located. The owner, Shekhar pageni, has more then 30years experience in the hospitality business in pokhara.

The owner kindly kept my bag while I was out trekking, and when I got back my room was ready by 9.30am. It’s a good priced place for before or after a trek, close to everything, with a clean room and an en-suite hot shower. I was lucky to get a king size bed. Breakfast is included, with juice, tea, and fruit each morning in a large shared dining area. Even when I wanted to head out early, eating at 7am a couple of days was no problem. A good, reasonably priced option in Pokhara.
