The lakeside location made getting around easy, and we even found very affordable, good-quality scooters through the hotel. The father and son who run it were both polite and helpful. Our plan was to stay for 3 days 2 night, but road closures to KTM left us stuck in Pokhara for another night. We called the hotel, and they arranged rooms for us again, then gave us a discount at checkout the next day. They really helped make the trip a great one.

The tours and treks were well arranged, felt safe, and gave us some beautiful experiences. At the hotel, our room was clean, cozy, and well kept, and the staff were genuinely friendly and ready to help. I had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay and memorable adventures.

What bothered me most was how unclear the arrangements felt. The owner was very sweet at first, but the attitude seemed to change after we arrived. Communication was inconsistent, and some prices or arrangements didn't match what had been discussed, which I found frustrating and misleading. The room hygiene and basic facilities also weren't properly looked after, and the place felt less clean and maintained than it appeared online. The service didn't live up to what was promised. Pokhara has better options at similar prices, with more transparency and professionalism. My stay at Hotel Billabong Garden was disappointing from beginning to end.

The staff made us feel welcome throughout our 3 days at Billabong Garden, and the hospitality was really good. Our room was comfortable, and having hot water consistently in the washroom was a real plus. It was a lovely, warm stay, and I'd recommend it.

It was easy to explore the Pokhara valley since they arranged a Scorpio for sightseeing, and they have their own Travel & Treks company too. The hotel is in a great spot near the lake, talbarahi, restaurants, and bars. The owner was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
