At Hotel Bougainvillea on Street No. 16, it’s easy to reach the lakeside promenade for an evening walk. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with air conditioning, a large bathroom, hot water, a TV, and a pleasant balcony view. Breakfast and the other food were good and satisfying. The staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help, which made the stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Krishala Bishwokarma at reception welcomed us warmly and helped with everything we needed. She was kind, polite, professional, and friendly, and made the stay much more pleasant. The hotel itself was peaceful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with good service overall.

The room lighting was quite dim, and more lights would make it more comfortable. The washrooms need maintenance, since some fixtures weren’t working properly, and cleanliness could be better too. My stay was average and the room itself was decent. It’s okay for a short stay, but those improvements would make a real difference.

The staff were courteous, and the work was finished on time. Excellent service, I’d recommend them to anyone.
6/10
It’s an okay affordable option for a one-day stay, especially because it’s close to the lakeside. The location is perfect, and although the hotel is large with many rooms, the staff were very humble and friendly. Check-in and checkout were easy. But our room had cockroaches, the bathrooms weren’t very clean, and the air conditioning wasn’t enough for the room. Being next to the streets also made it too noisy.
