I’m 69 and have traveled in Nepal, India, and abroad several times, staying at many hotels. This time I had a very bitter experience at Hotel Didi in Nepal. A maid servant and the owner forced me to sweep up the area under water after a glass bottle broke. Think twice before booking Hotel Didi, Helan chowak, Pokhara, Nepal.

The sound is unbearable. I can hear the fan running in other rooms, and it’s LOUD. Street noise is strong too, though that’s more expected.
