From the balcony, the view is lovely, and the hotel has its own underground parking. The front desk staff were very good. The restaurant would be better relocated, and we strongly suggest having a well-trained security guard who is willing to do the job. Construction was still underway, so it was noisy during the day for now. Hope it wraps up soon. Best wishes.

Horrible experience. When the kitchen got our dietary restrictions wrong, they yelled at us after we complained. The staff were rude and very unresponsive, and the kitchen situation was bizarre. They should learn about food restrictions and hospitality before running a hotel. I don't think these people belong in the hotel industry.

The lake is only about a one- or two-minute walk away, with the market nearby too, though you can't see it properly from the hotel. The building itself is beautiful, and the rooftop is a nice place to take in the landscape.

Some of the hotel was still being built, but we had a great stay at Hotel Eternity. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had all the amenities we needed.
