We felt uncomfortable and unsafe here, so I can't recommend the place. The owner spoke to us very rudely and behaved unprofessionally. We were verbally mistreated for no valid reason, and at one point my friend was nearly confronted physically. When we considered calling the police, the owner responded with hostility and threats. My ratings: rooms 1/5, service 1/5, location 1/5.

I paid 1200 NPR for a basic ground floor room without AC. The room was decent for that price, and AC rooms are available for 2000 NPR. It's next to the lake, which is a plus. An okay budget choice if you want somewhere cheap and decent.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and the clean, welcoming entrance made me feel at home when I arrived. I also really liked the well-kept garden, which gave the place a peaceful feel. The design is carefully done inside and out, and my stay was comfortable. I had a wonderful time at Hotel Angel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place.

I liked relaxing in the garden and catching the winter sun. The lake is a minute's walk away, and the staff are friendly. Rooms are great for the price, and the food is good too. One of the best places to stay in Pokhara. Highly recommended.

We arrived in Pokhara toward the end of 2024 to spend New Year's Eve there. Our usual place was full, so our colleague Dr. Shishir arranged this one for us. We checked out the room and found it decent, with everything in order. The atmosphere was pleasant and quiet, which we liked, so we decided to stay. I'll write more about it later.
