The service was really nice, and the food was amazing. We're vegetarian, and after trying two or three places near Lakeside that were bad and super expensive, we ended up eating at this hotel's restaurant. Highly recommended.

The staff were hospitable, and I liked the restaurant and its complimentary breakfast. The location is also very good, close to the Lakeside market. Rooms were decent, though the TV remote didn't work properly. The bathroom smelled a lot even with the exhaust running, and the one in our double room was very, very small. It calls itself a 4-star hotel, but I found it average because some basic amenities had problems.

Not worth considering. The rooms are unclean, and the sheets and blankets are untidy. Reception staff were unprofessional, and the food was very basic. There are nearby hotels with much better rooms at better prices. One of the worst hotels in the Lakeside area.

The food is really good, and the service is the best part. They let you use the swimming pool as soon as you wake up. I really recommend this hotel.
