I'm from Kerala,India, and stayed here with my family on our Nepal tour. Suvidha Tour Operator, Patna arranged the hotel for us. We had a really amazing stay, with great food and very polite staff. The manager was humble and cooperative. Thanks to Suvidha and Mr.Saurabh.

The lakefront and its peaceful feel were stunning, and the lake and road views made up for the just-okay food. It was a lovely setting for photos.

The views were mesmerizing, with Phewa lake, busy Pokhara streets, and the majestic mountains in the background. This beautiful hotel is in a prime Pokhara location, with vintage architecture, and it was clean and very well maintained. Service was very good. Reception and housekeeping staff were both friendly and polite, and the rooms were pretty.

We came from Hyderabad India and stayed for two days. There was no hot water in the room, and the wifi wouldn't connect. The room phone couldn't reach any of the numbers listed on it, and reception seemed least bothered about sorting out the complaints. Room service was pathetic. I strongly recommend not booking here. That's why we did ordered and food or ate in their restaurant.
