Everything was tidy and well organized, and it felt worth the money. Hotel Third Pole is also in a handy spot, a short distance from the market and Phewa Lake in Pokhara. I had a great experience: the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

We couldn’t use the shower because it was broken, so bathing wasn’t possible. When we reported the problem, the staff were rude instead of helping. Their behavior felt disrespectful and completely unprofessional. We expected basic hospitality and didn’t get it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is in a perfect spot if you’re between tours or treks. We had a wonderful stay after the Mardi Himal trek, with clean rooms and a hot shower. Dinesh, the manager, went out of his way to help us. Ajay was kind and helpful, always smiling and happy to chat, and Sunil was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. I recommend staying here.

Mr. Dinesh Upadhyay made everything go smoothly with his cooperation and warm hospitality, and I want to thank him for helping make the stay memorable. Our group spent two days at Hotel Third Pool, Pokhara. The setting was pleasant, and the location made nearby attractions easy to reach. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and well kept. Staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. We’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Pokhara who wants a peaceful, satisfying stay.

For this price, I couldn’t ask for much more: clean rooms, air conditioning, and unlimited free water. One of the best budget hotels in Pokhara. Highly recommend! 💧❄️🏨
