We were charged 100 Nepali rupees for about 30 minutes, even though nobody told us there would be a fee. We had explained that we wanted to see the rooms first and would stay only if we liked them. After I told the manager I didn't like the rooms, he spoke to me very rudely. The way they treated us was awful, and the service and management were just as bad. I've never had a stay this terrible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

They charged us twice the usual price for the second night and three times as much for the third. The staff were abusive and didn't know how to speak to guests. This was the worst stay I've ever had, with awful management and service. I'd tell people to avoid this hotel. If negative ratings were possible, I'd give it a minus five.

We didn't get a room until 7 pm, even though we arrived at 3. The food was really expensive, there were no towels, and the tap was broken. Ants were everywhere. Stay at your own risk.

At checkout, they told me there would be a 20% service charge, which I didn't like. Make sure you clarify all the charges when you check in.

A neat, clean room and a view of Fewa Lake from the balcony made this an affordable place for a night in Pokhara. It felt a bit like having a second home away from home.
