Hulk Hotel

I regretted booking here all night. The place is filthy now, and so many things are broken or not working. Maybe it was good when it first opened, but it clearly isn't anymore. The room was freezing even though it was large, and the AC didn't work. The mirror was damaged, the sofa torn, and both the blankets and pillows were dirty. When I ordered tea, I got plain milk with a Tokla tea pouch. I won't ever come back.

I switched hotels the same day I checked in. The room smelled bad, the sheets were smelly too, and everything felt filthy. The flush was broken, customer service was terrible, and even the lift felt unsafe. One of my worst stays.

Room 402 was filthy and uncomfortable. The TV wouldn't turn on, the bathroom lock was broken, and the flush didn't work. The AC also looked dirty and badly cared for. My friend chose this hotel because he'd had a good stay here a few years ago, but the quality has fallen a lot since then. The Google photos seem to show it when it was new, because the place now looks nothing like them. Very disappointing. I hope management fixes these problems before presenting the hotel as something it isn't.

The rooms are roomy and the hotel has a nice white look. There was a bathtub in the washroom, but the taps weren't working properly.
