The rooms were okay, and I thought the buffet breakfast was one of the best. The service, though, wasn’t as good as I expected. A guard was rude, and one front desk employee didn’t know how to speak to customers. They should improve their hospitality and handle guests more tactfully. We’d also told them we needed parking for our vehicle, but still ran into a parking issue. I hope they take this into consideration and make improvements.

I especially want to recognize security guard Mr. Dhanapati Lamsal for how much care he showed throughout our stay. He helped with our luggage from the first day. When I asked whether my car could be charged overnight before our return to Kathmandu, he coordinated with the night manager and came to our room at 11 PM to let us know it was arranged. His initiative and support meant a lot. As a manager in Australia leading a team of more than 50 people, I really value employees who show that kind of commitment. People like Mr. Lamsal make guests feel cared for and give them a reason to return. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. I look forward to staying again. I spent two days here in Pokhara. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and breakfast was excellent. The overall service was outstanding, among the best I’ve experienced since travelling to Nepal from Australia.

We spent four nights at Majheri Resort, and the staff were polite and supportive throughout. Reception responded promptly whenever we asked for anything, and the helpers were just as courteous. They even stored our luggage for free for a day while we were travelling outside Pokhara. Having a lift made moving our bags easier too. The rooms were clean, comfortable and equipped with what we needed, and the hospitality was excellent. The main Lakeside road is within walking distance, so it’s easy to explore the city.

Majheri Resort is in a great spot, quiet but still close to Phewa Lake and the Lakeside area. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel at home. We had a fantastic stay, highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pokhara.
