The BBQ was awesome, and we had so much fun. The hotel was really comfortable, with facilities we appreciated. Everyone was humble, smiling, and ready to help with any request.

We'd been on a long drive and were hungry when we arrived in the rain, but the food was a letdown. We expected the Korean Ramen soup and jhol momo to be incredible. Instead, the soup seemed like instant noodles with hot water and tasted bland, while the jhol momo had no flavor and was only spicy. We ended up laughing because there wasn't much we could do. It was my first time visiting Nepal, and the service, especially the food, needs improvement. I don't recommend it at all.

One of the worst hotels I've ever visited in Pokhara. The experience and service were both awful.

The bedsheets were torn, and the toilet was poorly maintained with broken seats. There weren't even bathroom hooks to hang a towel while bathing, and the accommodation wasn't proper. Service was extremely slow too. We waited half an hour for a glass of juice and an hour for a piece of sausage. They really need to improve.

There was dirt and used tissue in the room, and the bedsheets hadn't been cleaned properly. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in in Pokhara. Please don't visit.
