OYO 618 Hotel Middle Point

The hot water and Wi-Fi were unreliable, which made the stay inconvenient, and for the price, the quality fell well short of what I expected. When I checked in, the room wasn’t clean, with dusty furniture, a poorly maintained bathroom, and old-looking bedsheets that didn’t feel fresh. The service was worse. Staff didn’t respond properly to complaints and weren’t helpful, leaving me with the impression that guest satisfaction wasn’t a priority. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here again.

The team showed real care when I had a serious personal emergency during my stay. They offered practical help and genuine support with empathy and professionalism, and treated me like family. Manager sudarshan dai deserves a special mention. The accommodations were excellent too, but it was the staff’s kindness and reliability that made the difference. I’m very grateful and will return. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Middle Point Pokhara is well placed for exploring Pokhara and heading toward Mustang. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I loved the food and the excellent service. Highly recommended!

After our mustang tour, we were sent here by the tour package agent, and it was a terrible experience. The room was dirty, had no AC and felt suffocating, and there was no wifi. Service was slow, and basic facilities were lacking. I regret staying here, so think twice before choosing this hotel for pokhara.
