The staff were cooperative and behaved really well. They arranged river rafting for us without any hassle and shared information about other parts of our itinerary. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view, though you need to specify which view you want. They also let me bring breakfast to my room. We had a nice stay at Mount view.

The top-floor room had excellent views of the lake and mountains, and there’s a great roof top terrace for taking in the scenery too. The hotel is close to the waterfront but tucked away enough to avoid all that noise. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious, with eggs made to order. The western-style room was clean and comfortable. A nice, clean, safe hotel in a great location.

I stayed for 9 nights and never felt a need to move. The room was very clean, quiet, and had modern amenities and a mountain view. Breakfast was awesome, and the staff were excellent and ready to help whenever needed. It’s close to the lake side, Main Street, restaurants, cafes, shops, and bars. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything works, and the heating works very well. Breakfast is decent, though not the best. You can get eggs how you like them, and the baked beans are okay, but nothing like the original version. I asked about steam and sauna, but they’re not available. The bathroom needs a shower curtain because water gets all over the floor. I’ll book again.

The hotel was clean, with a really nice environment, and they serve great food. My family and I were very satisfied with the service and the way we were treated. They’re welcoming, and the service and behavior are top notch. The best hotel you can find in pokhara. Happy 😁
