The staff made my stay at Sampada in Pokhara feel easy and welcoming. They're young, kind, soft-spoken, and caring, and they were attentive and flexible whenever I needed help. I'm from France and have certain standards for accommodation, and Sampada met them well. The room was simple and clean, with comfortable beds. There are plenty of hotels on the same street, so this place could be easy to overlook, but it became my favorite for its genuine, welcoming atmosphere. I'd stay again without hesitation.

We stayed with them a few times after finding the place by chance. Nirwan, the host, and Buddha, his first mate, were warm and welcoming and helped us with our trips. The suites were clean, had a nice view, and came with great service. Highly recommend.

No dental or bathroom kits were provided, and that wasn't mentioned before I booked. The reception staff were extremely rude. One of them even told me, “don't pay if you don't have money.” Completely unprofessional. Avoid this place.

The owner was really hospitable, and the family room is great. The building quality is really good, though there isn't much in the way of service. It feels like a shadow of its former self, but it's a nice, cozy spot to rest for a night or two.
