The location was the main drawback for me. There wasn't much to see outside the Shangri-La resort, so don't expect a breathtaking view from your window. Inside, though, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my recent stay. A great choice if you're after a comfortable stay.

ShangriLa Pokhara has beautiful gardens, a marvelous interior, great hospitality, and impressive food. I'd call the hotel beautiful and elegant, and much better than the one in Kathmandu. Looking forward to visiting again.

The hotel is great and worth a stay, though it's outside the town's tourist area. The pool is clean and well kept, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is attentive. The food could be better, especially with so many great choices in Pokhara.

There was plenty to do during my stay, and I took advantage of the resort's mountain biking and trekking options. The city center was only a short drive away, which made it a good base for exploring Pokhara. The gardens were well kept and the atmosphere peaceful. My spacious room had the amenities I needed, a comfortable bed, and a breathtaking balcony view of the Annapurna mountain range. The staff welcomed me on arrival, helped with my luggage, and showed me to the room. The food was delicious, with a good mix of local and international choices, and staff were happy to handle dietary needs or special requests. I highly recommend the Shangri-la Village Resort for a peaceful, luxurious getaway. The staff, facilities, and location were all top-notch, and I can't wait to return.

The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were hospitable with good service. There are a swimming pool, a small gym, a spa, and a few shops for last-minute shopping. They also serve a decent variety of drinks. A lovely place to stay.
