White Pearl Hotel

The location was good, near the lake, and the rooms had a nice view. There are lots of buildings in front, though, so don't expect a direct view of the mountains or lake. The door locks didn't work properly. Locking a door from outside made a loud, unpleasant noise, and at night the other guests' doors kept disturbing our sleep. The manager said he hadn't known and that it needed fixing. One day, all the staff went on a picnic and the elevator was turned off. We had been told in advance, but this still caused serious difficulties. We had to carry our things by hand up to the sixth floor, including anything we brought in or bought that day. The rooms weren't cleaned, and there was no water or towels in them. I'd asked for the room to be cleaned, but no alternative arrangement was made while everyone went on the picnic. There also wasn't an international breakfast. When I said I couldn't eat the food, they explained that most guests were Indian and the meals were made to suit their taste. Every day I had to ask for a little cheese so I could eat something.

We found Hotel White Pearl comfortable for a family or group visit to Pokhara. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the hospitality felt warm from the moment we arrived. The mountain and lake views from some rooms were a real highlight, and made the stay memorable. I'd recommend it for its comfort, service, and scenery.

Mr. Kem, the property manager, is a kind gentleman who is committed to providing high-quality hospitality. The management responds quickly when guests have problems, the food is very good, and the service and hospitality are top-notch at Hotel White Pearl.

The room was cozy, clean, spacious, and comfortable, with an amazing view from the upper floor and the roof. The staff served us nicely and quickly. The location is very good, about a three-minute walk to Lakeside.
