The location and green garden are the only really good things about this resort. The rooms badly need renovation and upgrading, and the welcome felt like mere formality, with no real hospitality. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had at a hotel in the 4k price range. It’s a shame because the resort has huge potential, but it needs to spend a little on upgrades and bring more enthusiasm and service.

They made the trip easy from start to finish, picking us up at the bus station, sorting out our safari, and arranging our tickets home. Everyone learned our names, chatted with us, and worked hard to make the stay special. They really treated us like family, with such a positive attitude. We had a great time, felt safe as a couple, and would recommend it for a family stay too. The rooms are affordable, clean, spacious, and air conditioned, with a peaceful view and a lovely setting near the riverside and national park. The garden is beautiful, and the food was incredible. They even packed meals for us to take on safari. We love animals and nature, and this stay exceeded our expectations. I’ll stay here on all my future visits to Chitwan. Thanks for a great stay.

The staff were friendly, the food was great, and the peaceful setting close to nature made for a pleasant stay. My room was a bit old, and a few lights didn’t work. Aside from that, I enjoyed my time there.

The staff were very cooperative, and the food was top-notch. The campus is excellent and feels closely connected to nature. Right by the Rapti River, it’s easy to catch beautiful views of both sunrise and sunset. A fantastic stay!

The rooms are okay, and the resort is nice for its location. The river is right beside it, so you can watch the sunset there. The one problem is that the hotel closes its gate at 10 PM and turns off the lights.
