The one small snag was that the TV wasn't working properly during my stay. Otherwise, everything was great, and I'd happily return to Hotel Mourya. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and well maintained. Staff were polite, helpful, and professional. The location was easy to reach, and both the food and service were very good. I highly recommend it.

We were especially pleased with Miss Samjhana Thapa's service and food suggestions. The restaurant staff were friendly and looked after us really well. Gita serves great food, and the bartender clearly knows what he's doing, making cocktails just as they should be. The rooms were clean, and the staff gave prompt, helpful service. A great place to stay in Bhairahwa.

The staff were particularly friendly and proactive, and Shanti Chaudary and Srijan Thapa stood out for their help. Over our long 10-day journey, the two nights here really helped us recover from the fatigue. Given the regional conditions in Bhairahawa, the rooms were quite good. Of course, you can't expect the same accommodation level as in major resort destinations.
