The staff treat guests like brothers and sisters, and if a problem comes up, they do their best to manage it. I felt safe and secure there. The hospitality is among the best around Taplejung, phidim and Ilam, and the food quality and service are good. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Bibek dai.

The food fell short of what I expected, and the room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was no dusting while I was there. I hope management improves the cleaning standards and food service for future guests.

The hill views from Hotel Pathibhara were stunning, and the location worked well for heading to Pathibhara Temple or exploring Taplejung. I found the rooms clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. The local Nepali dishes were especially delicious. The whole stay felt peaceful and homey. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, friendly place to stay in the area.

The bed in the room was okay, but the service was very poor. Nobody had a pleasant manner or even a smile, and the attitude was off. The bathroom was old, broken, and dirty, and it hadn’t been flushed. Pathetic. The dal bhat at upper fedi was much better.

The mountain views were beautiful, and the rooms were clean. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pathibhara, with great hospitality. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taplejung.
