The hall stood out for having a toilet that was friendly for people with disabilities, and there’s plenty of parking. It’s also a large venue for parties and office training. The location may be confusing for first-time visitors, though. In Pokhara, the hotel feels a little more luxurious than others in this small market town, and you can try local food suited to the area. I was here today, January 31, 2026. I know “Hetel Pauwa” as one of Nepal’s best mid-range hotel chains. I wasn’t expecting the staff’s behavior after we had four cups of tea.

The garden gave the stay a peaceful feel, and the banquet hall is spacious and well organized for celebrations. Meals were fresh, tasty, hygienic, and offered plenty of choice. Our room was clean, comfortable, well kept, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were welcoming, polite, and quick to help with a smile. Hotel Pauwa Pokhara made our stay memorable with its service and facilities. We had a wonderful experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Pokhara. Thank you! 🌸✨

For four days, the kitchen and front desk staff helped make our baby’s first vacation easy, including preparing special meals for him. We were in Pokhara for our extended family holiday and his first birthday. The hotel is a little far from Lakeside, but it works well if you’re happy with a short walk or have a vehicle.

We had a great meal here, with delicious food that was well prepared and full of authentic flavors. The hotel is clean, spacious, and well managed, with a lovely setting that works well for weddings and other special events. Service was warm, professional, and attentive. I’d recommend it for both the hospitality and dining.

From breakfast through dinner, the food at Hotel Pauwa was flavorful and nicely presented. Staff were prompt and made an extra effort to keep us comfortable. It was great value for the money.
