It's a lovely, peaceful property close to the national park entrance, with beautiful grounds. The owner and staff were attentive and worked hard to make sure we had what we needed. The food was delicious and prepared with pride. For the price, the rooms were very good, cleaner and more comfortable than most, and compared well with similar guest houses. I'd definitely come back.

Bardiya's calm, natural surroundings made it easy to unwind, and the family-run Jungle Heaven felt welcoming and comfortable throughout. From the minute we arrived, the owner's genuine kindness came through in the care they put into the place. It's a lovely retreat in Nepal for anyone looking for warmth and tranquility. We can't wait to return!

A really inconvenient stay. I had booked two rooms for my nieces, a friend, and me, and both were in terrible condition, with mold, a broken basin, and very dirty toilets. The staff seemed too tired to respond, so we waited for the owner, who finally arrived around six. We wanted to raise a few things, including the bad basin and beds, but he was busy entertaining the westerners. We asked for a menu and weren't given one. When we asked how much each order cost, they said it was a cheap, nominal amount, but the final bill added up to a lot.

Our whole trip to Bardia was wonderful. Rajaram dai was welcoming, always busy helping us, and showed us amazing hospitality. Guide Tilakram dai and sita were calm and informative, and Suman bhattarai sir gave us a warm welcome too. The Chicken Chilly with green Chutney was delicious. Thanks to the entire team, we'll visit again soon. Highly recommended.

The rooms weren't very clean, and the basin was broken and leaking underneath. Staff didn't bother helping. They wouldn't provide a menu or prices for food and drinks when we asked, then added everything up on the bill and made it super expensive. Not worth what you pay.
