It has an older motel feel, with an eclectic retro style. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The separate bedroom had very comfy beds, and the kitchen was good. The lounge was comfortable too, though a little small.

We booked the queen room after our original accommodation fell through at the last minute, and Tomoko made sure we had everything we needed. She showed us where things were and had fresh milk waiting in the fridge. She and Colin were incredibly kind hosts, and we felt so welcome. The room was spotless, nicely set up and very comfortable, beyond what we expected. Being right by the water, with gorgeous views, made the stay even more special. We couldn't recommend Beachside Sunnyvale Motel enough. Tomoko and Colin went above and beyond for us.

The owners were so friendly, and the rooms were clean and tidy. There was a great place to park our boat. Highly recommend this lovely spot!

I'd give it 10 stars if I could! Everything's so well cared for, and you can tell a lot of love has gone into the little details. It feels really cozy.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. Tomoko came out to greet us as soon as we pulled in, and we had a lovely chat. The room was tidy and very clean, with everything we needed. At checkout, Colin heard we were going to The Snout and kindly told us some of its history. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're in Picton.
