I’ve stayed here five times now, and the team always does a great job. It feels like staying with family, and I felt safe. Brett helped me with my bags, and Rose is so gawgus, plus a die-hard football fan. It’s a perfect spot for the Football. The check-in was warm and welcoming, the place was super clean, and the price was reasonable. I live out in the boonies, so staying here costs less than getting an Uber. You can park behind the hotel for extra security. I’ll be back. Up the Port.

I picked this place for the location, though it’s right by a busy road and the single-glazed windows let in a lot of noise. The rooms were clean and looked after, but they’re dated, just as the photos showed when I booked. There’s no air conditioning, though a fan and heater are provided. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the customer service was excellent.

The room was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, which was unacceptable for paying guests. After check-in, staff tried to charge me another $50 even though I had booked for three adults and one child by phone and confirmed that three times. I was asked twice to pay the extra $50 for the child. Surprise charges like that feel like a scam. The place seems greedy, unprofessional, and badly managed. I don’t recommend it at all.

Rose, thanks so much for hosting us at Airport Harbour Motel. I really loved our stay. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully kept, and they were exceptionally clean. The beds were incredibly comfy and made it easy to relax. ❤️

There are local shops and cafes within easy walking distance, and it’s surprisingly quiet and comfortable despite being close to everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the minute I arrived. This Onehunga motel is a gem and exceeded all my expectations. I’ll definitely stay again.
