The service was warm and attentive. The manager and staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. My parents felt at home in the clean, tidy room, which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Quest Apartments is in Takapuna on Auckland’s North Shore, in a peaceful and convenient spot near supermarkets, a bus station, and local markets. The rooms come with a washer and dryer, full kitchenware, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A great option for a holiday or an extended stay, choosing Quest was definitely the right decision.

The location worked perfectly for my appointment with orthopeadic surgeon Dr Albert Yoon, just an easy two minute walk away. Inside, everything was just as good: April at reception made me feel welcome, the bed was super comfortable, the linen was excellent quality, and the tastefully decorated room kept out even the busy street noise. A perfect stay from beginning to end. I highly recommend this Quest.

My husband and I stayed at Quest Takapuna twice this month, mainly because it was so convenient for the hospital and retirement village we needed to visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and service was more than adequate. Parking was minimal, but I think it was $15 per day from memory, which was fine. They don't service rooms on Sundays, so remember to get enough towels if you'll need them.

We always choose this Lovely Hotel when we come over from Australia for a holiday. It's in a great spot and is clean and tidy, and the staff are really helpful. The housekeepers do a fantastic job and leave everything so clean. Highly recommended. Thanks, guys, and we'll keep recommending you to others. 👏👏

The rooms at Quest Takapuna are immaculate and comfortable, and Jun and the team take such good care of you. When something comes up, they work to sort it out promptly and professionally, and keep you clearly informed along the way. I highly recommend Quest Takapuna.
