The owner greeted us, helped with our luggage, and made us feel welcome. Our room was tidy and clean on arrival, with snacks, a big bed, and Sky television. We also had a private parking spot and an outdoor area of our own with a table and chairs. They cleaned every day without being asked, even doing the dishes and folding our clothes. The service was the best and everyone was super friendly. It's handy for the mall, cafes, restaurants, and gas station, and the prices are great. This is my top stay in Auckland after trying lots of hotels, apartments, and motels. I'll definitely return whenever we visit.

Kingsland is right on your doorstep at At Eden Park, and everything nearby is convenient and easy to reach. The location is unbeatable. The staff are friendly and professional, and the rooms are clean and quiet with comfy beds. I keep choosing this place when I come to Auckland for games or concerts, and I'm looking forward to another stay soon.

We could hear the train passing nearby, but it was very quiet at night. The bed was really comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The owner clearly cares about the accommodation, and check-in went smoothly. Parking is free, and our room was clean and comfortable. For the price and how close it is to the city centre, it's a great place to stay in Auckland. Don't hesitate to book. It's quality accommodation.

AEPM called the day before to warn us about early road closures while we were travelling up to AK, then gave us a warm, informative welcome. They checked us in and let us park from 11am. The gate to Eden Park is laughably close. I haven't even left yet, but I'm already side-eyeing this experience as a hidden gem, Narnia-like in how unassuming it is. We'll definitely be back. We booked three studio rooms for the Hot wheels monster trucks event. They were lovely, warm, comfortable, and clean. Everything was just right, and we hope this is the standard.

We booked just 10 minutes ahead on a rainy day for three people, and the price was good. The staff were nice and friendly. The sofa bed I slept on wasn't very comfortable.
