The room was basic and very hot, with only an oscillating fan. Getting to the shops was really convenient, and there's a beautiful view of Auckland City's skyline from the entrance.

The driveway needs fixing before someone older gets hurt. I fell on its damaged surface and grazed my knee. Inside and out, the property needs a lot of attention and feels like a health and safety hazard. The beds seem more than 50 years old, the pillows are flat, and the hot water runs out quickly. I won't stay again.

The room was comfortable and nice, and we really enjoyed the view of the Sky Tower. The owners gave us awesome service during our stay from January 4 to 8. A very nice motel.

We had a great four-night stay and the service and location were both great. The cleaners were wonderful and brought fresh towels. One burner on the stove didn't work, but I'd look forward to staying again.

The service was lovely, but I wouldn't stay here again. Our room was freezing when we arrived, and although it looked clean at first, a closer look showed it was dirty. The only heating was a small oil heater. The steps up to the room felt shaky, and one lifted when stepped on. Even with just two of us taking short showers, we ran out of hot water.
