The heat pump kept the room warm, and the shower was great. The bed and bedding were comfy and cozy, and shops are close by. It’s a nice private room, with no street noise when the windows are shut. Had a lovely stay, would recommend it and definitely come back.

My wife and I live nearby, but we book this townhouse for visiting family when we need to. It’s tidy and well equipped, and the owners communicate well. The price is reasonable, too. Although it’s called 'cozy', the two-bedroom apartment is actually quite spacious. The location is great, with public transport and Newmarket amenities just a short walk away.

The one-bedroom unit is in a great location. The shower tiles needed a proper scrub, though, and a step up to the deck would be helpful. It’s difficult for people with bad knees to get up there.

Free parking is included if you’re driving. The room has cable TV, a microwave, toaster and kettle, and both check-in and checkout are self-service, which suits introverted travellers.

There was heaps of space, the place was nice and the location was great. We were the only people there, which made it especially good, though I’m not sure if that’s usually the case or if we just got lucky.
