Great location, but it's on our blacklist. I tried booking twice, got no answer, then the booking was declined after I waited 24 h. There's no telephone number either. Customer service doesn't exist.

Don't book room 72. It didn't even have the basics. Matthew the host hadn't provided a dishcloth, coffee, or shampoo, and there weren't enough plates or cutlery. There was one tea towel, and the dishwasher and air conditioning weren't working. The list goes on. Very disappointing for my Daughters 30th.

The location and convenience are perfect, and I'll recommend this accommodation to whanau and friends. The parking key hadn't been set up properly, but they fixed it the next day. Finding the parking bay wasn't very clear either. Those were only small obstacles.

It's an interesting property beside the Hilton in the port area, and the location is good. The access road is in poor condition, though. Trucks carrying goods pass by often, so the area feels very port-related and not very touristy.
