Carol made the whole stay easy and stress-free. She was responsive, professional, and took extra care to get all the details sorted smoothly. The apartment itself was spotless, well cared for, and more comfortable and well equipped than I expected. Thank you, Carol, for all the effort. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Airbnb helped us arrange somewhere else after this stay fell short. The property is next to a major construction site, which wasn't disclosed, and rocks being smashed woke us at 7:30am. The rooms also didn't match the description: stained carpet, marked walls, and a water-damaged TV cabinet that looked ready to collapse. There was no toilet roll holder, just a temporary rack with rolls that had already been opened. The beds had very cheap, uncomfortable mattresses. Cleaning was below average, and when we raised it, we were told the cleaners had to rush because they were busy. That's no excuse. The alternative rooms were exactly the same, and we have photos to back up what we've said. I wouldn't recommend this property.

The hot water cylinder was louder than any I've heard, and the beds were some of the least comfortable I've had in an Airbnb. The rooms were unclean and downright gross, with a dirty feeling everywhere. It looked like nobody had vacuumed since the previous guests. I definitely won't be back, and I'd advise others not to stay either.

Only stayed for one night, but the place was clean and the amenities were excellent. I could park my car underneath, and the shops and central bus and train stops were very close.
