Bings Motel

The outside looks like social housing, but inside the place has been renovated. I stayed in Room 1, with plenty of space, a well-fitted kitchen and comfortable beds. The shower was hot, and some parking spots let you bring big bikes right up to the front door. I arrived late on the ferry and got a text with after-hours entry details, an easy-to-access key and a map showing gme to my room. It's central to town and a handy place to refuel before heading south. Some rooms don't have air-conditioning or a heat pump, though they provide a small heater.

We spent two nights here while visiting cloudy bay winery and really enjoyed our stay. The central location was fantastic, and we appreciated being able to bring our dog. There was motorhome parking and a car wash facility. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Thank you, bings.

Jon was amazing when my flight was cancelled and I made a late, last-minute booking at Bings. He picked me up at the airport and arranged a ride back there the next morning. The motel isn't much to look at from outside, but the rooms have been renovated and were very clean. Amazing service and a great stay!

The manager was very friendly and willing to try to meet any needs, and the motel is very close to town. It looks a little rough around the edges at first, but the rooms are modern, clean and tidy, with everything you need.
