The location is great, right opposite the beach, and there seems to be a range of accommodation. I think my “employer” booked me into the smallest room. It had a king bed, space for a small table for two, a little kitchen area, and a shower and toilet. It had what you need, but it was tiny, so although I’d booked two days, I had to leave. I asked for the room to be made up, but all that happened was the same towel was folded back onto the rail. The bed wasn’t made, the kitchen area wasn’t touched, and no tea or coffee sachets were replenished. The main room looked tidy and clean, but the window corners and carpet corners were filthy. I assume they just vacuum the floor and wipe surfaces. Great location, and the room might be okay for one or two nights. The cleaners need to do better. There’s lots of potential.

The room was warm, nice, and reasonably spacious. What bothered me was that the ranch slider doesn’t lock, even though there’s a sticker on its window saying “lock doors and windows.” The stairs outside the room were slippery from dew after the cold night and morning. It might help to add non-slip mats to both flights. That’s why I’ve given it four stars.

We had great views and a fabulous location, but found cigarette butts and old undies in our outdoor space 🤢. It’s a bit noisy and very tired, and the bathroom is so cramped I couldn’t even sit on the toilet without taking the paper roll off.

The guy staying above us was really noisy, and sound travelled easily enough to keep us awake. That’s why I’ve only given the room four stars.

It was nice to stay outside the city center for a change, and we enjoyed our visit. The rooms were nice inside, though the exterior could use a bit of maintenance.
