I was very comfortable there, and they tried to help whenever I asked. The location and service were good, and the room was clean and nice. They upgraded me for free because a larger room happened to be available, which was convenient. The bed was too soft for me, but that’s just personal preference. Everything else was good. Thanks a lot!!!

Sam and the team made me feel well looked after. They were friendly and welcoming, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The room was spotless, modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The location was peaceful but close to what I needed, parking was easy, and I felt safe during my stay. I had a great time at Alpha Motel Christchurch and would happily stay again, whether visiting for work, a getaway or just passing through.

Sam was enthusiastic and offered helpful local travel advice, and the cleaning was done promptly with everything neatly arranged. The room was clean, with soft bedding, good light and ventilation, and plenty of water pressure for a shower. It was comfortable and quiet enough for a good night's sleep. There was also an electric stove and tableware, so making a simple meal was easy. Supermarkets and parks were nearby. Very happy with my stay.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment. It was clean, didn’t smell, and the bed was comfy, which was a bonus. The room was a bit smaller than it looked in the photos, but otherwise it was great.

I’d booked a couple of months ahead, but they called today, just a week before my overseas trip, to cancel it. I had to pay a lot more to book somewhere else, which was really disappointing. I’d stayed before and thought it was lovely, but now I can’t trust the booking. Maybe it’s only safe to book last minute?
