The office lady was lovely and gave us lots of advice. We had a personal issue with one of the rooms, nothing wrong with the room itself, and they happily moved us. They also sorted out our checkout-time mistake without any fuss. The place was close to everything we had planned, so getting around was easy. Thanks so much, we'll be back :)

The cleaning ladies were cheerful and lovely, but the room wasn't clean when I arrived. The kitchen bin still had rubbish from the previous stay, and the bathroom hadn't been fully cleaned. I tried three times to ask about the wifi, but no one came to the service desk. The owner was rude and nosy, and it wasn't pleasant hearing her yell at her employees. The TV was temperamental too.

Zeta turned what was becoming a terrible night into one that ended with laughs. We arrived late on Friday because my husband had made a mistake with his original booking at another motel, so I'm very glad that happened. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful.

Our flights were cancelled on a Friday afternoon, so we called from Queenstown Airport and drove to ChCh to catch a flight home from ChCh airport the next day. The owner stayed up until 10:30 pm waiting for us and was very friendly and hospitable. It's a handy motel, not too far from the airport, and we could park right outside our room.

After a long drive, it was a relief that our late check-in was no trouble. The hostess was super helpful and friendly, and the location was convenient. Having a full kitchen was great. Two thumbs up.
